鄧明儀女士 (Ms. Elaine Tang)於 2024 年 1 月 1 日入職心迎兒童有限公司 (Shining Child Limited) 擔任首席營運官一職，直到 2025 年 6 月 17 日為止。
特此聲明，心迎兒童有限公司 (Shining Child Limited) 跟新匡喬醫療集團 (Medicare Health Clinic Limited 業務名稱 Medicare Group ) 分別屬於兩個法人組識 (separate legal entity) 互不從屬，故此鄧明儀女士絕非新匡喬醫療集團的僱員。
Ms. Elaine Tang 自本年 3 月中辭任首席營運官後，旋即身體不適，由 4 月 2 日起一直在家療養至最後離職日( 即 6 月 17 日）。在此期間，心迎兒童及本集團並沒有授權或指派鄧女士代表本公司接洽或洽談任何業務。
現呼籲於上述期間，曾跟鄧明儀女士 (Ms. Elaine Tang) 接洽或洽談有關業務的機構、人士，請聯絡本人 Ms. Grace Chan 心迎兒童有限公司及新匡喬醫療集團 CEO (電話：25431000)。

ANNOUNCEMENT
Ms. Elaine TANG Ming Yi joined Shining Child Limited & served as Chief Operating Officer on 1January 2024, with her final working day being 17 June 2025.
We wish to clarify that Shining Child Limited and Medicare Health Clinic Limited (trading as Medicare Group) are two separate legal entities, each with its own organizational structure. Ms. Tang is not, and has never been, an employee of Medicare Health Clinic Limited.
Ms. Tang tendered her resignation in mid-March this year and subsequently fell ill, remaining on medical leave from 2 April until her departure. During this time, neither Shining Child Limited nor the Group authorized nor appointed her to represent the Company in any business matters or negotiations.
We urge any organizations or individuals who have had contact or discussions with Elaine during the aforementioned period to contact me, Ms. Grace Chan, CEO of Shining Child Limited and Medicare Health Clinic Limited on Tel: 2543 1000.
